Design Notes
The design of this piece incorporates a dual-function: the production of both DNA as well as RNA cytosine-mismatched, silver-intercalating, nucleotide-based, hairpin nanowires. As such, the use of differing restriction sites, pre-designed primers and promoters were incorporated. All of these factors and their respective functionalities are documented on the main page.
